Terms and Conditions
If collecting please ensure that you have a suitably sized vehicle. Barrels must be stood up and adequately secured during transit and may require two people to load.
We hold limited stock so if more then 6 barrels are required please book in plenty of time.
Standard hire period is Friday to Monday we may need to deliver/collect outside of these days depending on availability.
We will confirm your booking on receipt of the booking form at this point a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. If the event is within 4 weeks then full payment will be required.
The balance of payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event.
The following fees will be charged in the event of cancellation
More than 6 weeks prior to event - 0%
4 to 6 weeks prior - 50%
2 to 4 weeks prior - 75%
< 2 weeks - 100%
A refundable security deposit of £275 per 6 barrels is required on or before delivery of the items.
A replacement fee of £120 will be charged for any items not returned in a satisfactory condition.
Our barrels are standard 225L or 250L barrels. They are approximately 900mm high. Our wine barrels can have a diamter of up to 720mm.
